la pleine conscience est construit sur la base de l'enseignant international de pleine conscience Rob Nairn et inclut tous les principes du programme de r\u00e9duction du stress bas\u00e9 sur la pleine conscience de Kabat-Zinn en y ajoutant la compassion.<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>L'objectif est d'aider les participants \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une pratique de pleine conscience qui peut s'appliquer aussi bien dans la vie personnelle que professionnelle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le MBLC est un cours d'introduction de huit semaines qui permet d'en apprendre davantage sur la pleine conscience la\u00efque fond\u00e9e sur la compassion. Il est exp\u00e9rientiel et offre aux participants des outils simples pour faire de la pleine conscience un \u00e9l\u00e9ment permanent de leur vie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout ce que vous avez \u00e0 amener avec vous est un esprit ouvert et votre sens de la curiosit\u00e9. Nous venons tous au cours avec des attentes et des objectifs, cependant pour exp\u00e9rimenter le moment pr\u00e9sent, nous devons les laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce cours de <\/span><b>8 semaines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consiste en 8 classes (de 2 heures) pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e par une classe introductive et conclue par une session de suivi \u00e0 la 9e semaine. Une journ\u00e9e de pratique de pleine conscience est aussi typiquement inclue entre les semaines 6 et 7. Il est recommand\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 toutes les sessions et d'avoir une pratique personnelle quotidienne entre les classes pour tirer le maximum du cours.
