Depuis 30 ans, Sa Sainteté le Dalaï Lama et many scientists have engaged a dialogue between La science et Le bouddhisme, notamment par le biais de la L'esprit et Institut pour la vie. Inspired by the necessity of this meaningful exchanges, Nalanda Monastery has created Dialogue between La science et Le bouddhisme meetings which main goals are:
- to present in a understandable way some scientific et buddhist complex topics to a large audience
- to create connections between scientists et buddhist scholars
