Vinaya Teachings on Sojong

A very special opportunity for Sangha
We are delighted to announce a special 5 days of teachings on the Vinaya, focusing primarily on the practice of Sojong. We are very fortunate that Guéshé Gyaltsèn has agreed to lead these teachings and that Guéshé Losèl has accepted to provide an English translation.
Sojong (Posadha) is the bi-monthly confession and restoration ceremony, which forms the very foundation of our monastic discipline. Engaging deeply with the Vinaya and the practice of Sojong is a powerful method to purify downfalls, restore the purity of our vows, and maintain harmony within the monastic community. These teachings will offer precious guidance on how to properly engage in this essential rite.
These teachings are open to all ordained Sangha, in person and via zoom. For those in different time zones or unable to attend live, recordings will be made available later.

The participation to all the events organized by Nalanda Monastery is free for the Sangha.
